With an understanding of the impact that effective communication offers, and wanting to develop projects that could both entertain and inspire, she founded HAWKLI Productions in 1999 and took a new role behind the camera. Within two years she had completed bilingual media projects for regional and national organizations covering a range of topics from domestic abuse to cultural awareness and tolerance. In 2001, her company was signed by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida to produce a  television series shown throughout the Southeast that would highlight the cultural traditions and natural resources of both Florida and Native America. In the following years she produced 100 shows seen both nationally and around the world.

Crystina also began working with small groups of professionals to enhance communication and presentation skills, leading her to relaunch HAWKLI as The Artful Communicator in 2010. Currently pursuing a PhD at Nova Southeastern University in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, she has also built a network of colleagues and trainers around the world who share her belief in the power of creative communication to promote both individual and social change. Now, she works with individuals and organizations worldwide to develop more effective communication and conflict transformation methods.

“No matter the language, communication is the key to unlocking hidden potential and resolving impossible conflict. My expertise allows me to guide individuals and organizations in finding their artful communicator. By developing greater communication and presentation skills, they can also become inspiring, effective leaders.”
